Everything You Get Inside the SoPlayer App
Not just another IPTV player. SoPlayer was built from scratch for our subscribers — so the things that matter just work.
One Prepay Code, No M3U
Forget M3U URLs, server addresses, and Xtream usernames. Type your prepay code once and you're in. Every connection detail lives inside the app — you never see it. The simplest IPTV login on the planet.
24,000+ Live Channels
Sports, news, entertainment, kids, international — every category you'd want, all organized with a full EPG. See what's on now and what's coming up next without flipping through channels blindly.
120,000+ Movies & VOD
Browse by genre, search by title, and play instantly. New releases get added regularly. From blockbusters to indie films — it's all built into the same app, no extra installs.
Series & Episodes
Full TV series library with proper season and episode navigation. Pick a show, pick a season, hit play. Binge the way you're supposed to — without scrolling through messy file lists.
Sports & PPV Schedule
The full sports and PPV schedule is built right into the app. Every match, every league, every fight — with countdown timers so you never miss the opening whistle. Football, boxing, UFC, NBA, you name it.
Anti-Freeze Engine
Sick of buffering mid-game? Our anti-freeze engine pre-buffers each stream and adjusts quality in real-time based on your connection. Smooth playback, every channel, every time. No spinning wheels.
Subtitles & Audio Tracks
Switch subtitles and audio language on the fly with a single tap. Works on movies, series, and any live channel that broadcasts in multiple languages. Watch anything, in any language you want.
Resume Playback
The app remembers exactly where you stopped. Close it, come back tomorrow, and pick up at the same minute. No more scrubbing through an hour of footage looking for your spot.
Parental Controls
Set a 4-digit parental PIN and adult content stays locked. Without the PIN, restricted channels and categories are completely hidden — your kids won't even know they exist. Family-safe, your call.
Favorites & Search
Save any channel as a favorite for one-tap access. Search across the entire library — live, movies, and series — and find what you want in seconds. No endless category scrolling.
24/7 Live Support
Got a problem? Real humans are standing by around the clock. Not bots, not automated replies — actual people who will walk you through any issue, whether it's setup, playback, or your code. Drop us a message anytime.
Fast, Lightweight, Native
Built natively for Android — not a web wrapper, not a generic player. The interface boots in under two seconds, channels load instantly, and remote control navigation feels right at home on your TV.
Works on All Android-Based Devices
SoPlayer runs on any device powered by Android. Your phone, your living room TV, your Firestick — if it has Android under the hood, it runs SoPlayer.
🍎 iPhone & iPad — iOS version coming soon. For now, use any Xtream Codes-compatible player with your SoPlayer credentials.
Download & Install in 3 Simple Steps
It honestly takes about a minute. No technical knowledge needed. If you can install an app on your phone, you can do this.
Download the APK
Tap the download button at the top of this page. On a Firestick or Android TV? Open the Downloader app and enter code 5672839.
Install the App
Open the downloaded APK and tap install. If prompted, go to Settings and allow installation from unknown sources. The whole thing takes about 10 seconds.
Enter Your Code & Watch
Open SoPlayer, type the prepay code you received after picking a plan or starting a 24-hour free trial, and you're streaming instantly. No M3U, no URLs.
🔥 How to Install SoPlayer on Amazon Firestick
The Firestick is the most popular IPTV device for a reason — and the setup is genuinely easy. Grab yours, follow these five steps, and you'll be watching in about two minutes. No M3U URL to copy, no server fields to fill in.
Step 1: Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
From the Firestick home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources" (some newer Firesticks call it "Install Unknown Apps"). This lets you install apps that aren't in the Amazon App Store. It's perfectly safe — every IPTV app on Earth uses this method.
Step 2: Install the Downloader App
Go back to the home screen, open the Amazon App Store, and search for "Downloader" (the orange one by AFTVnews). It's free. Install it. This app lets you type in a URL and download files directly to your Firestick — it's the standard sideloading tool everyone uses.
Step 3: Download the SoPlayer APK
Open the Downloader app and enter the code 5672839 — or type the short URL aftv.news/5672839. Hit "Go" and the SoPlayer APK starts downloading automatically. It only takes a few seconds.
Step 4: Install the App
Once the download finishes, a prompt appears asking to install. Tap "Install" and wait 5–10 seconds. When it says "App installed," tap "Open" or find SoPlayer in your Apps list. The Downloader will ask if you want to delete the APK file — say yes, you don't need it anymore.
Step 5: Enter Your Prepay Code & Start Watching
When SoPlayer opens for the first time, you'll see a single screen asking for your prepay code. Type the code from your plan purchase or 24-hour free trial email. Hit enter — and 24,000+ channels, movies, and series are right there. The EPG loads automatically. No M3U, no Xtream fields, no extra setup.
📺 How to Install SoPlayer on Android TV & TV Boxes
Got an Android TV (Sony, TCL, Hisense, Nvidia Shield) or an Android TV box (Mecool, T95, X96)? The process is essentially the same as Firestick, with a couple of small differences in the menu names.
Step 1: Allow Unknown Sources
On your Android TV, go to Settings → Security & Restrictions → Unknown Sources and enable it. On some TV boxes, this lives under Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps. Same idea — you're telling the device it's okay to install apps from outside the Play Store.
Step 2: Download the SoPlayer APK
Two options. The easiest: install the Downloader app from the Google Play Store on your TV and enter code 5672839 (or URL aftv.news/5672839). Or, download the APK on your phone, transfer it to a USB drive, and plug it into your TV box. Both work — the Downloader method is faster.
Step 3: Install, Enter Code, Watch
Open the APK, install, type your prepay code when SoPlayer opens, and you're done. The app is fully optimized for TV screens and remote controls — navigate with your D-pad, select with OK, adjust volume with your remote. It's designed to feel like a native TV experience, not a phone app crammed onto a big screen.
📱 How to Install SoPlayer on Android Phone or Tablet
This one's the simplest. If you've ever installed an APK on your phone, you already know the drill.
Step 1: Download
Tap the download button at the top of this page. Your phone's browser will pull down the SoPlayer APK file. You might see a warning saying "This type of file can harm your device" — that's just Android's standard warning for any APK. It's safe. Tap "Download anyway."
Step 2: Install
Open the downloaded file from your notification bar or your Downloads folder. If this is your first APK install, Android will ask you to allow installations from your browser — toggle it on. Then tap "Install."
Step 3: Open & Enter Your Prepay Code
Open the SoPlayer app, type your prepay code, and you're streaming. The app works great on both phones and tablets, adjusting its layout automatically. Use it on WiFi for the best quality, or on mobile data when you're on the go.
SoPlayer App — Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about downloading, installing, and using the SoPlayer app on your devices.
Yes, completely free. The app costs nothing — download it, install it, and it's ready to go. What you need is a prepay code to unlock the content. Think of it like Netflix: the app is free, but you need an account to watch.
You can grab a code by picking a plan (starting at a few dollars per month) or by trying our 24-hour free trial — no credit card required. The code lands in your inbox within minutes of signing up.
Generic players like Smarters and TiviMate are good apps — but they make you do the setup work. You have to find your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials, copy-paste them into the right fields, and hope the playlist syncs correctly. If you switch devices, you do it all over again.
SoPlayer skips all that. One prepay code, one screen, you're in. We handle every server detail in the background. The player is also tuned specifically for our streams — better anti-freeze, faster channel switching, and a UI built around how our subscribers actually watch.
The app runs on anything Android-based. That includes Android phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Pixel, and more), Android tablets, Amazon Firestick (every model — the 4K and 4K Max included), Fire TV Stick, Android TV from Sony, TCL, and Hisense, the Nvidia Shield, and Android TV boxes like Mecool, T95, X96, and H96.
If it runs Android, it runs SoPlayer. The app auto-detects whether you're on a phone or a TV and adjusts its layout, so the remote control works perfectly on big screens and touch works on phones.
Not yet, but it's coming. We're actively building the iOS version for iPhone and iPad and plan to release it soon. We know a lot of people want this, and it's a top priority.
In the meantime, if you're on iOS, you can still use your SoPlayer subscription. Your login credentials work with any Xtream Codes-compatible IPTV player from the App Store. We'll email all subscribers when the official iOS app drops.
Install the free Downloader app from the Amazon App Store, open it, and enter code 5672839 (or URL aftv.news/5672839). The Downloader handles everything automatically — fetch, install, done.
Alternatively, you can download the APK on your phone or computer, put it on a USB drive, and plug it into your Firestick. Honestly, the Downloader method is way faster. Step-by-step instructions with screenshots are in the Firestick guide above.
You get your prepay code after picking a plan or starting a 24-hour free trial. The code arrives in your email within a few minutes — check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Once you have the code, open the SoPlayer app, type it on the login screen, and you're in. The code lasts the full duration of your plan. When your plan expires, you renew and get a new code. That's the whole flow.
For paid plans, the prepay code lands in your email within a couple of minutes of payment. For the 24-hour free trial, codes are typically delivered within the same window — sometimes faster.
Once you have the code, activation in the app is instant. Type it, hit enter, and the channel list loads. There's no review queue, no manual approval, no waiting for support to provision your account. It's all automated.
Yes. If your internet connection is fast enough — we recommend at least 25 Mbps for stable 4K — the app displays content in full 4K resolution when available. On slower connections, it auto-adjusts to HD or SD to keep playback smooth.
Most live channels stream in HD (1080p), which still looks great on any screen. Premium channels and a chunk of the VOD library go up to 4K Ultra HD. You don't need to change settings — the app picks the best quality for your connection automatically.
Our anti-freeze engine is the reason SoPlayer doesn't buffer the way older IPTV apps do. It pre-buffers a small chunk of the stream before playing, monitors your connection in real-time, and adjusts video quality on the fly if your bandwidth dips.
The result: smooth, uninterrupted playback on every channel. No spinning wheels, no dropped frames, no frozen screens during the penalty shootout. And we mean it — if you're hitting consistent buffering, drop us a line and we'll sort it out.
Yes. During playback, switch between subtitle languages and audio tracks with a single tap (or a click of your remote on TV). A small menu pops up showing every available option for that stream.
It works for movies, TV series episodes, and most live content broadcast in multiple languages. Not every channel has multiple audio tracks — that depends on the source — but when they're available, you'll see them all listed. Especially handy for international content and dubbed movies.
Yes. Resume playback is built in and works automatically. Stop a movie or episode halfway through — close the app, switch to a live channel, hand the remote to your kid — and the app saves your exact position.
Next time you open that movie or episode, hit play and you're right back where you stopped. No scrubbing through an hour of footage trying to find your spot. Works across movies and series, on every device you use.
Yes. Set a 4-digit parental PIN from the app settings. Once it's set, any content flagged as adult or restricted needs the PIN to access. Without the PIN, those channels and categories are completely hidden — kids won't even know they're there.
It's perfect for families. Let the kids browse channels and watch cartoons without worrying about what might pop up. Change or remove the PIN anytime from settings. Simple to set up, basically impossible for kids to bypass.
